Previously Elemental Medicine - Cosmic Vitality is my signature women’s whole health offering that looks at how your soul’s energy expresses through your physiology, and how to support your whole health by understanding your elemental constitution. Combining Chinese Astrology with Western Astrology and qi therapy, I have guided and supported women in the last decade with this method. My intention is that you feel empowered to create and experience better health by honoring how your body expresses your unique energies in every season - inside out.
