Clinical effectiveness of acupuncture and herbal medicine is cumulative. During and after treatment, your body works with new information and pathways over a series of treatments to process and integrate physiological change.
This takes frequency and adherence.
While a symptom may feel sudden, it often took more than one day to form, change or escalate. A single treatment cannot resolve something that took months or years to form.
